Red Wagon Parade

Storyfest Saturday opened with the sound of the George West school band leading the famous Little Red Wagon Parade. Individuals and groups decorated wagons and pulled them by hand on the festival grounds. Start preparing NOW!!! Drag that little red wagon from your childhood out of the attic and decorate it, or let your kids decorate their own! There is no specific theme, so decorate that wagon to reflect your business, your hobby, your favorite sports team—the possibilities are endless. |
Wagons remained on display for judging and viewing until 5:00 p.m. Judging takes place, rain or shine. There are three categories, commercial, youth and adult. Entry fee is only $5 and trophies were awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category. What are you waiting for? Get out that wagon and start decorating!
